You're probably wondering why a compliance company are opening with cake. Well, who doesn't like cake?!
How difficult and frustrating is it (for those of us that aren't natural bakers) to follow a recipe that requires a dash of this and a pinch of that? Processes are no different.
Many businesses fall in to the trap of overcomplicating processes and end up with lengthy step by step guides. These guides take a range of names from standard operating procedures to work instructions varying from industry to industry. The guides are the equivalent to the recipe; the recipe is detailed, with quantities and specific instructions to get that (insert description akin to light, fluffy cake). Instructions require you to add those particular ingredients in a very exact order for the recipe to work.
Processes should just be the steps that must be done in a certain order to make the next thing happen. Let's think about baking a cake. The process for baking cake should be as simple as:

The Icing
Our icing is made with our Health & Safety Competent Advice, and it can be exactly what you need it to be.
We don't do tiered packages - every health & safety service we provide is tailored. Whether a drizzle of glacé, thick buttercream or full fondant moulded around your core services, your health & safety package is mixed exactly as you need it.
If you'd rather just have a cheeky go at the squirty cream in the fridge without the sponge, our services can be delivered in conjunction with, or totally independent of ISO services.
The Sprinkles
Sprinkles go so well with icing, don't you think?!
We've developed our sprinkle selection to perfectly compliment any type of icing. Finishing off the cake are our training courses, Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door Inspections. In the same way as our icing, these services are delivered to specification, and we can help with management too.
If you're not a lover of sponge or icing, and are looking for a sugar rush with a standalone service (don't worry - we won't tell!), training, FRA and FDI services are available in their own pots.
